Drighlington Spatial Layout & Loft Conversion

For this project we worked with the client to achieve an open plan area, which allows plenty of light in via the large Bi-folding doors to the rear of the property.

The loft previously was a massive waste of space. To use this vast area to its full advantage we installed a staircase and partitioned the rooms off into 2 bedrooms and an en-suite.

Horsforth Bungalow - Dormer Conversion & Extension.

The existing Bungalow was dated and needed a full renovation.

The client required more rooms and space within the boundaries of planning regulations.

We were able to extend the rear of the property creating a larger kitchen/dining room and living room.

From installing new windows front and back, building the gable end up to slightly lower than ridge height, we achieved a totally revamped Dormer Bungalow increasing its size by nearly double.

Liversedge Double Garage, Garden Layout

This old pub has undergone a fabulous restoration. Now a dwelling, its open plan layout gives a great feel of space and flow.

The double garage has been designed to match the same stone work on the current building.

At CSADesign, we can give the client numerous possibilities of garden layouts and we work with them to ensure they are happy with the outcome.

1885 Pub & Restaurant, Stainland

This new extension to the courtyard area of the existing 1885 Pub & Restaurant dramatically increases in space, and utilises every square meter that had been wasted in the past. Still in keeping with the original buildings to either side, we have used a stone with a charcoal effect, giving it a really old look to blend the buildings together.

The client wanted a 3D visualisation of the new proposed extension, this helps everyone to understand the layout as well as the visual impact of materials that will be used.
